About the Role:

Anchor Operating System is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer with a specialization in web design and ideation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for digital innovation, and a keen ability to translate insights into actionable design strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design detailed mockups, incorporating responsive visual elements that ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback on design prototypes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and the successful integration of new web features.
• Analyze data trends in collaboration with the tracking, data, and analytics teams to drive informed design decisions.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in digital media and design.
• Assist in creating mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with engineers to oversee the implementation of new designs.
• Contribute to feature and design ideation aimed at driving business growth.
• Manage tasks within JIRA, including overseeing the Digital Design queue and managing personal work assignments.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• A passion for staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
