Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Designer located in New Delhi. The Visual Designer will be responsible for tasks such as visual design, graphic design, branding, graphics, and web design. You will be leading many design initiatives at the company. We take a design-first approach and give extra attention and care to our design department. As a young company aiming to make a big impact, you would be expected to take on multiple roles to get things up and running.

Things you would be doing:

• Create logos, typography, color palettes, and other design elements that define our brand.
• Ensure consistency in brand visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Making illustrations and graphic work for products.
• Curate and manage the visual content for Shay’s Instagram account.
• Design graphics and visual content for our sales channels, including e-commerce platforms and retail partners.
• Create eye-catching product listings, promotional graphics, and ads to drive sales.
• Collaborate with another designer if necessary to produce stellar work.
