Associate Group Creative Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the development of creative strategies for marketing automation and omnichannel personalized campaigns.
  
• Generate captivating communication ideas tailored for various channels, encompassing emails, landing pages, banners, Whatsapp creatives, and other creative elements.
  
• Create innovative and personalized customer experiences using dynamic content and targeted messaging across multiple touchpoints.
  
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, verbal identity, and tone of voice throughout all marketing automation campaigns.
  
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and creative writing, proposing fresh ideas to enhance campaign performance.
  
• Manage the Creative team, offering creative direction and guidance to a team of copywriters, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to oversee project timelines and maintain delivery standards.
  
• Continuously assess and improve the creative process, tools, and workflows to boost efficiency and productivity.
  
• Mentor and inspire team members, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  
• Lead multiple projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines.
