Sr. Backend Engineer - Node Expert

Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js)

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad

Experience Level: 5+ years

• Architect, develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js.
  
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend and mobile applications.
  
• Optimize database queries and schemas for enhanced performance.
  
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and stability.
  
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
  
• Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold coding standards.
  
• Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
  
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
  
• Should have experience in Node-RED
  
• Strong background in database management with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  
• Excellent grasp of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
  
• Knowledge of message broker systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  
• Familiarity with GraphQL and its implementation.
  
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Active involvement in open-source projects or developer communities.
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a portfolio of past projects.
