Job Description

ByteDance seeks a Brand Partnership Marketing professional for its Philippines E-commerce team. Responsibilities include leading strategic projects, managing project plans and budgets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (including agencies), analyzing the Philippine e-commerce market, fostering strategic partnerships with brands, and leveraging resources for marketing impact and revenue generation. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of integrated marketing experience, e-commerce platform brand marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and extensive local market resources. The role requires driving brand growth, ensuring projects launch on time, and managing agency relationships.

About our team Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of Bytedance's E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Responsibilities: - Special Projects: Lead and manage strategic special projects within the e-commerce marketing domain to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth. - Project Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and business targets. - Internal stakeholders management: Collaborate closely with cross-function departments to execute integrated marketing projects, ensuring clear target and conversion metrics at the project level. - External stakeholders management: Lead the coordination and management of agency relationships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines. - Market Analysis: Enhance the understanding of the Philippines e-commerce market strategy, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure marketing activities are competitive and responsive to market changes and consumer demands. - Strategic Partnerships: Foster and manage strategic partnerships between our e-commerce business and potential partner brands, to drive mutually beneficial marketing opportunities and enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Monetization & Marketing Impact: Leverage available resources to create opportunities for additional marketing impact. Support revenue generation through effective monetization strategies for both offline and online channels. - Resource Utilisation: Collaborate with internal teams to effectively utilise our e-commerce business resources and capabilities, presenting the company as a key strategic partner for brands in their marketing campaigns. Ensure that our offerings align with partner objectives and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Over 5 years of experience demonstrating strong integrated marketing skills, developing content and media strategies that are aligned with project objectives. - Familiarity with e-commerce platform brand marketing strategies is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: - Effective project management abilities, adept at coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects launch on time according to specified timelines. - Possesses extensive local market resources, proficient in social media marketing and entertainment marketing. - Highly dedicated and consistently strives for innovation, continually seeking breakthroughs in work. - Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing relationships with external marketing agencies. - Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
