Junior Analyst - Fund Services

Overview:

ISS STOXX FWW is looking for an analytically minded and technically savvy individual to join our growing Data Organization who is fluent in English language. Ideal candidates should have a high level of independent judgment, an incredible attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both in a team setting and autonomously.

In this role, you must also have a very good communication skills, both written and oral, and is able to express ideas and thoughts well. This is an ideal position for a person who is looking for a position that is going to be challenging, demand high performance, but will give them hands-on experience working with big data, and financial analytics. 

Responsibilities:

• Extracting key information from fund data and PDF documents such as annual reports, PRIIPs (Key Information Document), fact sheets
• Processing documents related to investment vehicles (ex: Mutual Funds, ETFs,)
• Repetitive data entry
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Math/Business or any equivalent is preferred, but also open to other courses
• 0-2 years of relevant experience with data entry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite – with basic knowledge in Excel and Outlook
• A computer savvy, and possess the ability to learn new technology concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English language
• Ability to adapt to performing various and changing tasks throughout the workday
• Fluent in English language

Work Location & Schedule

• Amenable in working at Makati City on a mid shift schedule (3:00PM - 12:00AM Manila)

• Amenable to go on at least 2-months onsite training (5 days a week) prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.
