KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

Main Responsibilities:

The Game Designer will be responsible for documenting existing and new games in a clear and concise manner, providing detailed instructions for programmers and 2D/3D artists.

Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitive games and continuously improve the design and mechanics of our games.

Engage in discussions with management regarding game features, deadlines, and content, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in game design, demonstrating proficiency in creating comprehensive game design documentation for content and features.

Expertise in creating UX/UI wireframes, intuitive level designs, prototypes, and conducting tests to ensure seamless user interaction.

Participate in user testing sessions, showcasing strong problem-solving skills to refine game mechanics and player experiences.

Ability to assess and integrate qualitative and quantitative feedback to enhance game design and balance.

Take ownership of the overall player experience, ensuring that the game provides an engaging and immersive experience.

Analyze game performance metrics and suggest design-focused improvements to enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in metaverse technologies.
