What You Will Do:

• Assistance with stories being refined and worked on in the short term:
• Building mockups for stories in the upcoming sprint
• Being available to answer questions for the developers while they are working on stories
• Provide UI/UX feedback during the sprint demo
• Research for big upcoming initiatives.
• For example, if we knew that we wanted to start building "module x" in Q3 then today we would have them:
• Build customer focus groups to discuss their needs, present prototypes,
• Research competitors and present how others have done it, highlighting areas where we could be a market differentiator
• Work with architects to make sure the proposed designs make sense from an implementation perspective. Sometimes a small tweak in the UX can save a lot of time coding.
• Review analytics from tools like Pendo and suggest changes to address problem areas.

Requirements:

• Proficient in tools such as Figma or Sketch for mockups and prototyping
• Experience building, documenting, and working with user journeys, personas, and usability testing
• Experience with analytics tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, or Hotjar
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely with various stakeholders
• Experience designing web applications with Material Design
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
