The Content Coordinator will work closely with the Content Production Manager and Content Studio to execute and create localized screens for the website and marketing materials, ensuring cultural viability. The role involves briefing and quality control of content localization, managing assets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for new projects. Key responsibilities include understanding different languages, managing content, and adhering to quality control processes. The candidate must possess at least 2 years of graphic production or project management experience, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and communication skills in English and Chinese.

  • Verbal & written communication in English & Chinese.
Good to have:
  • Basic understanding of PhotoShop is a plus.
  • Proficiency in iOS & macOS Software/Applications.

The Role:

Content Coordinator works closely with our Content Production Manager and Content Studio to execute and to create all required localized screens featured within our website or other marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability in the GC. The role also supports the creative team with “buckets of content” and versions of photography. The Content Coordinator coordinates with Cross Functional teams, Creative Director and Business Affairs to collate and keep track of content for any new project including apps, music, movies, and TV shows and podcasts. The position works closely with screen building team in Geo to execute all required screen versions necessary for projects.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Pick up and understand the nuances of different languages and be able to identify what content requires localization and convert it to a brief with materials needed for screen building.
  • Assist in briefing and quality control of content localization.
  • Assist in planning, managing, tracking and archiving assets throughout the screen production process to facilitate timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage the workload of the Content Production Studio and coordinate with the Content Production Manager to reach asset production target for the week.
  • Adhere to an established quality control process.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in graphic production and/or project management.
  • Flexible, adaptable, solution-oriented, collaborative, and a good team player. 
  • Accuracy, excellent memory and an eye for details.
  • Basic understanding on PhotoShop is a plus.
  • Proficiency in iOS & macOS Software/Applications, fast learner for different operating systems and software.
  • Must have exceptional organization skills, think strategically, multi-task, time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese (preferably Mandarin & Cantonese), basic written Traditional & Simplified Chinese. 
  • Flexibility in work schedule and a practical sense of urgency are key to this role as candidate may be required to periodically work extended hours to meet critical milestones and deadlines.
