YOUR ROLE
As an OPEX Manager on our team, you’ll plan, organize, Direct, Conduct & Supervise a wide range of activities. Lean manufacturing facilitators analyze a company's production or transactional processes and identify the cause of problems using problem-solving methodologies and work to create solutions.
Lean Manufacturing is "A systematic approach to identifying and eliminating waste through continuous improvement by flowing the product at the demand of the customer."
In your daily job you will:
- Guarantor of a safe workplace (1.3.4.11.2.7 EOS Policy Manual), Compliance with ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50001 standards when applicable
- Priority to customer complaints/ In charge performance ratio PPM, FTQ, CoPQ, IATF Certification and PPAP on time
- Compliance with the procedures and requirements of the IATF16949 standard according to the job position
- Meets with the operations Manager and others to review Quality A3s, CoPQ A3, and other performance reports to analyze problems and identify remedial action
- Ensures that the company’s quality control standards and procedures are routinely and correctly followed and that corporate records are updated and documented by all individuals involved with the company’s product
- Works closely with the operations Manager and supervisors in the identification and resolution of problems concerning raw material, production, and external secondary finishing which does not meet the required quality and dimensional standards
- Ensures the confidentiality of blueprints, engineering data, weights, and speed of products and generally the company’s technical processes/ Assure Safe Launch of New Products/ Perform 8D Audits
- Validate and release new manufacturing processes/production lines/ Perform PFMEA Go&See Workshops
- Perform weekly LPAs and SOTs/ Support to Management Reviews
- In charge of performance ratio PPM, FTQ, CoPQ, IATF Certification and PPAP on time
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, industrial engineering, Finance
- +7 years of experience as an OPEX Manager
- Proficiency in English level
- Excellent Communication skills
- Leadership (Able to lead and drive change)
- Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of financial analysis
- Mentoring and coaching skills
- Problem-solving = time management
- Decision-making
