Job Description

Playrix seeks an experienced Contract Specialist to join its procurement team. Responsibilities include analyzing contract terms for compliance, managing contract approvals, incorporating expert feedback, preparing documentation (letters, responses, claims), monitoring deadlines and validity periods, maintaining contract archives, handling contract signing, verifying invoices, providing employee consultation, and managing the contract database. The ideal candidate possesses a higher education in law, economics, or management; proficiency in Georgian, English, and Russian; and at least two years of relevant experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Team, about the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Specialist to join our procurement team.


Tasks

- Analysis of contract terms with counterparties to ensure compliance with the company's internal policies.

- Organizing the process of contract approvals with relevant departments (legal, accounting, etc.).

- Incorporating and coordinating comments from subject matter experts into contract terms.

- Preparing accompanying documentation: letters, responses, claims, and protocols of disagreements.

- Monitoring key contract terms: delivery deadlines and contract validity periods.

- Maintaining and updating both physical and electronic contract archives.

- Organizing the process of contract signing and exchanging originals with counterparties.

- Verifying invoices and creating payment requests in 1C.

- Providing consultation to employees on contract terms.

- Managing the contract database and keeping it up-to-date.

Requirements

- Higher education in law, economics, or management.

- Proficiency in Georgian, English, and Russian.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Knowledge of the fundamentals of contract law.

- Experience with B2B contracts is preferred.

- Skills in identifying and mitigating legal and financial risks.

- Experience with 1C is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, including negotiation abilities.
