This Account Manager role focuses on driving growth for Google's large clients. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding their business needs, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating risks. The role demands effective media planning, campaign delivery, and performance measurement across Google platforms. Success involves exceeding quarterly goals, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving client marketing objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience in digital marketing and Google solutions. Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential for interactions with local stakeholders. The position involves working with complex, high-value campaigns and requires the ability to consistently overachieve quotas.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in advertising/sales/marketing
  • Hebrew & English fluency
  • Client relationship management

  • Overachieving sales quotas

  • Experience with data analysis

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Hebrew and English with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in the area of data analysis, highly investigative with strong and proven problem-solving and research skills.
  • Experience with Google solutions (Search, Video, Display, Apps).
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against motivated quarterly growth and product goals.
  • Own a portfolio of large complex businesses by managing trusted relationships with clients, developing a thorough understanding of their business, identifying opportunities for growth and managing risks.
  • Drive customer value and ensure growth of their business by delivering outstanding customer experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Act as the primary client point-of-contact on media planning, delivery and performance of Google Media across Google platforms.
  • Ensure high performance and measure the impact of the most complex and high value campaigns.
