Summary

Hazelight seeks an experienced HR Generalist to join its Operations team. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing initiatives for a positive and inclusive workplace, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance, managing compensation and payroll, conducting market research for competitive pay, supporting change management, and facilitating open communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Must have:
  • 3+ years HR experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations issues, facilitate open communication, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Own compensation programs and payroll management.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive and equitable practices, and provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
  • Support change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.

What we are looking for:

  • We value a down-to-earth and collaborative ‘prestigelös’ attitude, where no task is too small for anyone on the team.
  • Proactive and willing to engage in various HR areas, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding of Swedish employment law and compensation benchmarks.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently and efficiently.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR 
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
