Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Communication Manager to join our team. As a Communication Manager, you will outline internal and external communication processes and carry out the communication strategy.

Responsibilities
- Protecting, promoting, and enhancing the Dream Games employer brand
- Maintaining a consistent Dream Games experience - how people see, feel, and hear about us
- Outlining and carrying a communication plan for the People team
- Managing PR activities
- Supporting recruitment and operations team on employer branding activities, internal and external communication
- Designing and developing content across different channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from related fields
- 5+ years of work experience, ideally with a technology company
- Experience in creative writing
- Ability to understand analytical approaches
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
- Passion and interest in games
