We are looking for an experienced Communication Manager to join our team. As a Communication Manager, you will outline internal and external communication processes and carry out the communication strategy.

Responsibilities

Protecting, promoting, and enhancing the Dream Games employer brand
Maintaining a consistent Dream Games experience - how people see, feel, and hear about us
Outlining and carrying a communication plan for the People team
Managing PR activities
Supporting recruitment and operations team on employer branding activities, internal and external communication
Designing and developing content across different channels

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from related fields
5+ years of work experience, ideally with a technology company
Experience in creative writing
Ability to understand analytical approaches
Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
Passion and interest in games
