Job Description

The Brand Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for establishing a clear corporate identity and brand system for KRAFTON, encompassing diverse game genres and studios. This role involves developing brand strategies and operational plans to connect KRAFTON's identity with consistent brand communication and corporate activities. Responsibilities include defining directions for enhancing brand awareness, developing effective external communication and corporate activity strategies, and managing global brand competitiveness by analyzing target markets and competitive landscapes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in planning and strategy, fluent English proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Must have:

5+ years in planning & strategy
Excellent collaboration skills
Fluent in English
Brand strategy development
Global brand competitiveness management

Good to have:

Experience in brand and marketing strategy
Understanding of business strategy and creative industries
