Job Summary
Job Description
This senior-level position within KRAFTON's PUBG Mobile Publishing headquarters involves developing and implementing growth strategies for PUBG Mobile and its IP franchise. Responsibilities include BI analysis, identifying synergies between IP products to define growth directions, deriving insights from competitive analysis and industry trends to inform decision-making, and supporting organizational strategy and growth planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stakeholder collaboration, managing complex issues, data-driven insight generation, and proactive initiative development. Fluency in business English and Chinese is required, along with a demonstrated ability to lead and execute strategic plans within a dynamic, international environment.
