Your New Role…
This position is responsible for helping to shepherd and manage active live-games and current/future games in development. Candidates are expected to have a strong familiarity with DC Comics and a solid understanding of production responsibilities involved in game development.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Serve as departmental point of contact for WB Games Publishing and WB Franchise partners.
• Manage department calendar tracking production milestones and franchise media activities for live-service title opportunities.
• Review lines, scripts, story breakdowns, and visual assets to determine whether the material and characters with the DC brand guidelines and consistent with the depiction of said characters.
• Test game builds and provide brand feedback and overall discernment of quality of the game in relationship to how the DC brand is integrated.
• Consolidate and summarize DC Interactive game build feedback to provide to game development partners.
• Work with internal DC departments to gather and deliver character bios, key art, and style guides to project partners.
• Pull art for the Interactive department and research reference materials such as images, books, and stories for projects in development.
• Pull down, install, and troubleshoot game builds when needed.
• Assist in the creation of portfolio books, decks, etc.
• Review approvals with Legal for usage of DC Publishing assets and usage.
• Assist in verifying marketing materials are consistent and representative of game projects in production.
• Keep up with DC Comics and current developments in DC Publishing for prospective integration of character costumes, new characters, and stories.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience…
Work Experience
• Two to three (2-3) years of relevant experience required.
• Two to three (2-3) years of administrative experience in TV/Film, Animation, digital media, and/or video games strongly preferred.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
Knowledge and Skills
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must have the ability to organize, work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to details and handle confidential material.
• Knowledge of core DC comic book characters, franchises, mythologies and terminology required.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat and Photoshop) required.
• Experience with tracking programs such as JIRA, Trello, Shotgrid, Confluence, Asana, Airtable, and/or Monday.
• Proficiency in file set-up, maintenance, and filing procedures (paper and digital).
• Experience dealing with IT and hardware setup and troubleshooting.
Other Requirements
• Must be able to travel as needed approximately 10% of the time.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $45,500.00 - $84,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
