Job Overview:

The Creative Design Manager will lead the design and creative direction for Workafella, ensuring that all visual communications, from digital media to physical environments, align with the company’s brand and enhance the overall member experience. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for design, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company’s brand across all platforms.Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Design Management:

Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including print, digital, social media, and environmental graphics. Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Develop and implement design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all company communications.

Strategic Input:

Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing ideas and insights to drive brand growth and engagement.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform design strategies and keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

Support the development of marketing campaigns, ensuring that creative concepts are aligned with business objectives.

Required Skillset:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the co-working, hospitality, or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing a design team and delivering successful projects.

Skills:

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
