Role Description

Architect who has worked on Large scale apartments and interior design

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at Atelier Astil, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Architect will be responsible for day-to-day architectural tasks including architectural design, software development, integration, and project management through all phases from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

· Ø Graduate in B.Arch

Ø Architecture and Architectural Design skills

Ø Excellent skills using AUTOCAD, Sketchup, Revit software

Ø Experience with all phases of the design process from planning to construction

Ø Experience with premium commercial projects, retail spaces, and premium villas is a plus

Ø Create plans and drawings which clearly outline detail design of project

Ø Utilize knowledge of GFCs and materials in order to create ideal finished product

Ø Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards

Ø Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process

Ø Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Ø Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in designing Apartment Block projects is a must
