About the job:
As a Digital Transformation Senior Consultant, AI Solutions, you'll be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential AI use cases across all customer support functions. You'll conduct proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility and impact of proposed AI solutions. You'll also design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that address identified customer support challenges, collaborating with different engineering and product teams. You'll work with partner teams to ensure integration of models into existing support systems and workflows. You'll also develop plans to scale AI solutions across the entire Ads customer support organization.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
  • 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in IT consulting
  • Experience in program management organizations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent program management skills
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business
  • Experience in one or more areas of Google Ads products
  • Knowledge of evolving tech/AI roadmap in support environments
  • Ability to identify and deploy tech solutions
  • Ability to synthesize data into useful formats

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with executive stakeholders, managing and delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in IT consulting, or program management organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Experience in one or more areas of Google Ads products.
  • Knowledge of evolving tech/AI roadmap in support environments.
  • Ability to identify and deploy tech solutions in partnership with regions, product, and tools teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring insights through communication.
  • Excellent program management skills will ability to influence senior stakeholders.
