Digitalization Manager

The Role:

As a digital expert, you need to utilize your experience in data statistics and visualization, combined with AI applications to a certain extent, and use project management methods to prioritize the company's digital strategy, coordinate various business units and IT team, and drive the implementation.

• Understand the digital needs of business departments, utilize internal IT resources or third-party solution providers, analyze use cases and business scenarios, and find the best solution for specific scenarios while clearly considering costs and benefits
• Cross departmental collaboration, gradually documenting the standards of digital platforms, including architecture, data types, data formats, data storage, input acquisition, data models, KPI expression, and the establishment of standards
• When conditions permit, use digital tools or AI tools to monitor and optimize business processes, and seek opportunities for efficiency improvement
• Assist in establishing and developing a digital team to support the company's digital transformation

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science and engineering, computer science , industrial engineering or data statistics is a plus
• Familiar with I4.0, the use of intelligent manufacturing and related digital tools in the manufacturing industry, familiar with KPIs of various manufacturing departments, and experience in digital improvement is a plus
• Having some experience in data analysis and visualization, and having experience in digital application of AI in business is a plus
• Participated in digital transformation projects, As a project manager (or main leader) is a plus
• Have certain experience in digital application development, and independent leading development experience is particularly preferred
• Good organizational and communication skills, proficient English reading and writing skills is a plus
• Proactive and result oriented action principles

Background:

• 3 years+ of experience of digitalization planning and deployment
• 5 years+ management experience in manufacturing filed, Electronics Manufacturing filed is plus
• Background of IT application development is a plus
