ABOUT US

The primary objective of the "Product Management Intern" position at Xsolla Beijing is to assist the Product Owner in China with the execution of product initiatives while acquiring essential skills to understand fundamental product management concepts. This role involves supporting the coordination and completion of product-related projects, conducting market and user research, aiding in the definition of product visions with data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that business, quality, and functional objectives are met.

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Product Management Intern to support the Product Owner in developing the Web Shop for China product line at Xsolla. Your responsibilities will include conducting competitor and market research, acquiring and sharing product knowledge, and performing data analysis to support the Product Owner in the development, enhancement, and delivery of scalable solutions aimed at optimizing the Web Shop for our Chinese partners. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a proactive work ethic, foundational data analysis capabilities, and a strong desire to learn about product management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conducting the competitor, market, and user research to identify new product opportunities.
    • Participate in pre-sales and post-sales product work for Web Shop solutions in the Chinese market, including but not limited to product knowledge training, issue feedback collection, and issue resolution follow-up.
    • Engage in product marketing for Web Shop solutions in the Chinese market, collaborating with local market teams to define product market branding content and online product knowledge promotion.
    • Assisting in defining product strategies and working with cross-functional teams to ensure business, quality, and functional goals are met.
    • Managing and updating product and customer related knowledge bases.
    • Assisting on product planning, including working with business developers, customer success managers, partner, design teams, and developers for on-time completion of corresponding projects.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in any field. A data analysis-related major is preferred;
    • Can commit to an internship for more than 6 months. No prior professional experience required, but with prior internship experience in the gaming or game monetization field is preferred;
    • Possess a strong user perspective, sensitive to the usability of product platforms and user feedback;
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Ability to collaborate closely with multiple teams, and proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, etc.;
    • Excellent English skills, with English as the working language, strong data analysis capabilities, outstanding learning ability, and the ability to quickly self-iterate.
