Must have Skills : Programming knowledge (Capable), Communication & collaboration (Capable), English,JLPT - N5, Good To Have Skills : , Job Description : Developer with strong Japanese skills. Minimum JLPT Level N4 cleared candidate with adequate proficiency in understanding and conversing technical topics in Japanese. Good general programming skills, with an ability to get trained and pickup technologies that could be used for the required projects. Ability to understand client requirements and context. Basic training and understanding on SQL and good programming skills. The key to this role is to be able to fluently converse (day to day) technical topics and issues with the client team members to get a good understanding of client expectation on projects and deliverables. Hence the key is to have a good exposure to width of technical areas and good knowhow in the areas mentioned. The role is based out of Tokyo with at-least a few days each week work from office.
