To be fulfilled at our location in Kronberg im Taunus:

• As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for both IT and SAP positions.
• In close cooperation with the Hiring Managers you develop appropriate search strategies, identify suitable candidates and contact them in social and professional networks (Xing, LinkedIn etc.) directly and inspire them with your open-minded nature.
• Coordinating and conducting telephone or virtual interviews as well as interviews in cooperation with the Hiring Managers round off your area of responsibility.
• In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining your own candidate network.
• Depending on your interests, you will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for and drive forward your own topics within the scope of your duties.

Zu besetzen an unserem Standort Kronberg im Taunus:

• Als Teil unseres Talent Acquisition Teams bist Du verantwortlich für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für IT- und SAP-Positionen.
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Managern entwickelst Du passende Suchstrategien, identifizierst geeignete Kandidaten und nimmst direkt Kontakt über soziale und berufliche Netzwerke (wie Xing, LinkedIn etc.) auf, um sie mit Deiner offenen Art zu begeistern.
• Die Koordination und Durchführung von Telefon- oder virtuellen Interviews sowie Vorstellungsgesprächen gemeinsam mit den Hiring Managern runden Dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
• Zudem bist Du für den Aufbau und die Pflege Deines eigenen Kandidatennetzwerks zuständig.
• Je nach Deinen Interessen hast Du außerdem die Möglichkeit, eigene Themen voranzutreiben und Verantwortung dafür zu übernehmen.

• A successfully completed degree, ideally in business administration, business psychology, or comparable qualification with HR focus form the basis of your qualification.
• You already have experience in active sourcing and hiring for positions in the IT environment.
• You are familiar with all relevant search tools and social media platforms, and ideally you have already worked with SmartRecruiters.
• You are also fluent in German (at least C1) and English (at least B1).

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit HR-Schwerpunkt, bildet die Grundlage Deiner Qualifikation.
• Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und in der Besetzung von Positionen im IT-Umfeld.
• Du bist mit allen relevanten Suchtools und Social-Media-Plattformen vertraut und hast idealerweise bereits mit SmartRecruiters gearbeitet.
• Zudem beherrschst Du Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (mind. B1) fließend.
