Must have:
  • 3+ years HR experience in international environment
  • C&B process experience (job matching, salary benchmarking)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our People Services and Technology team. This is a full-time office-based position that may be located in Riga or Warsaw. The role's responsibilities are. 

  • To contribute to all aspects of the global Compensation and Benefits practice development and implementation.
  • To support people managers regarding queries on job descriptions, job titles and compensation.
  • To communicate Compensation and Benefits programs to stakeholders with a call to action and educate the wider audience on.
  • To participate in market surveys and monitor market trends / developments in the Compensation and Benefits area.
  • To work with HR teams by engaging them into Compensation and Benefits related projects.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have

  • 3 years of experience in support of Human Resources processes in international environment.
  • Experience with Compensation and Benefits processes (job matching and salary benchmarking, employee benefits management) will be an advantage.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Proven analytical and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field.
