Role
As a core production artist in the team, you will work with the help from art lead, create 3D assets to benchmark quality with proficient craftmanship in various category, help colleagues and junior artists on demand. You will report to local art lead
Responsibilities
- Create realistic style weapons and vehicles. create base mesh and skin for the hardware with AAA workflow, collaborate with animation and rigging to add function to the assets.
- Collaborate with team in multiple locations to ensure the content feature is delivered in the right direction, to the quality standards and meet timeline expectations.
- Self-learn with the help from senior artist, document the pipeline and help junior artists on demand.
- Provide asset review to vendor artists on demand.
Skills And Attributes
- More than 3 years of experience as an AAA game production environment artist. Be proficient in using related production software (MAYA or MAX, SP, etc.). Familiar with AAA workflow
- Good at hard surface production,
- Master a certain degree of knowledge about weapons and vehicles, and understand the working and structural principles of industrial design, Able to search reference materials and restoring the details of real weapons and vehicles through reference.
- Strong self -learner. We hope that you have a strong curiosity and desire to explore new tools/workflows in the industry.
- Good communicator be constructive and collaborative. Understand the importance of the How.
- Have a basic understanding of engines and shaders.
