As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role supporting executives in a dynamic, creative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
• Act as a liaison between executives and external partners, including influencers and creators, to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows.
• Assist with managing and tracking ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Support client-facing activities, helping to maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay updated on music trends and digital platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok, providing insights as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar client-facing or project management role, ideally within social media, music, or influencer marketing.
• Passion for music with familiarity across various genres and niches.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators.
• Experience with digital platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok, and an understanding of their role in music promotion.

• Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 CAD.
