Social Media Manager

Currently, Appreciate offers active and passive investments in stocks and ETFs for Indian residents through innovative investment products like Trade, Goals, all in one mobile app.

About the role:

Appreciate is one of the fastest growing brands with over 300k followers across platforms. The brand is looking for creative content managers who have a knack of generating viral worthy content. Experience in finance or passion for writing (or both) is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Publish and track content including videos, infographics, and written posts, to drive social media engagement and website traffic.
• Create and manage tutorial videos and other visual content, including scripting, coordination of edits, and publishing on YouTube and other platforms.
• Create, and manage our newsletter to keep subscribers informed, engaged, and connected with our brand.
• Review and optimize SEO-friendly blog posts and website content that aligns with our marketing goals.
• Work closely with the web team to create and maintain relevant, compelling website content that reflects the brand's voice.
• Track and report on social media performance, website traffic, blog rankings, making data-driven decisions to improve content strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, including design, and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation by responding to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and SEO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
• Experience with ORM and handling online customer feedback.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a focus on SEO-friendly content.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
