Job Description
We seek a digital marketer with a growth mindset to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and consulting media strategies across organic and paid search and social media. Candidate will be directly managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This individual must be detail-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to ensure all needs are understood and addressed promptly.
• Serve as the point of contact and liaison for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guidance and support.
• Work closely with clients and the internal Customer Success Team to ensure the timely delivery
• Collaborate with various internal teams on project planning, setting up and/or improving standard operating procedures/workflows.
• Plan to execute and work cross-functionally to support the onboarding of new clients.
Requirements
At least one – two years of demonstrated experience in a client-facing account management, digital media or AdTech role
• Cross-channel knowledge or experience in paid social, search (SEO & SEM) and Google Analytics
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize projects while paying strict attention to detail
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies, Assets development that drive results for clients, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Always looking to improve inefficient processes
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Individually driven, highly motivated, and has a growth mindset
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional (global) team environment while building rapport
• Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Marketo and GA4
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
