Responsibilities Analyze cardholder disputed/fraud transactions as per card scheme regulation and establish subject matter strategy systems to mitigate fraud risk. Build on-going tracking and monitoring of the performance of current processes, decision systems, and models and produce clear and understandable visualizations, dashboards, and reports. Conduct deep dive into risk metric performance and communicate the result and insights with stakeholders. Design and develop dashboards to monitor key trends, KRIs (Key Risk Indicators), and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that pertain to different use cases and user profiles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, operation managers, and engineering team to drive the delivery of the payment risk mitigation system. Keep current on card scheme rules and regulations.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Security, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience in risk strategy, fraud analysis, or payment fraud. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Analyzing large amounts and various types of data to identify trends, patterns, and typologies of fraud and risks; Developing fraud detection rules and models to increase fraud detection rates, decrease false positive rates, and reduce fraud loss, while minimizing customer friction; Developing and scaling fraud and risk programs; Designing and executing POC (Proof of Concept) use cases to evaluate different fraud systems and conduct system functionality, usability and performance testing, and implement systems in production; and Conducting risk assessments for both internal and external risks, including identifying areas with high residual risks and deploying robust risk controls to align risk areas with organizational risk appetite. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122312 - $239556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
