Summary

Sinch seeks an Install Base Account Manager to boost existing account-based sales. This role involves close collaboration with Sales and Support leadership to execute business processes, adhere to best practices, and meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with accounts (MRR $1k-$50k), conducting account reviews, prospecting for new opportunities within existing accounts, cross-selling/up-selling Sinch's product portfolio, managing a high-velocity sales funnel, leading the customer lifecycle, and forecasting account growth. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of technology sales experience (SaaS preferred), a proven track record of exceeding quota, expertise in high-velocity sales, and strong communication and technical skills.

Description

Sinch is looking for an Install Base Account Manager to focus on increasing existing account-based sales. This individual will work closely with Sales and Support leadership in efforts to execute business processes, follow best practices, and help meet the needs of our existing customer base. This individual will evangelize Sinch’s diverse product suite, resulting in the adoption, expansion, and renewal of Sinch’s customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining relationships with accounts with MRR of 1k-50k
  • Conduct monthly & quarterly account reviews
  • Prospect into existing accounts to proactively find new opportunities
  • Cross-sell/up-sell the product portfolio
  • Managing a high-velocity sales funnel
  • Lead the customer lifecycle journey
  • Forecast account growth on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • 3+ years selling technology (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience leading existing accounts (AE with existing accounts, AM, or CSM w/ expansion quota)
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience handling high-velocity sales process
  • History of career advancement
  • History of selling to developers preferred

The annual starting salary for this position is $70,800 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $47,200 annually and are based on performance.
