DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Leads overall retail store operations, consumer experience and product programs for flagship locations to deliver connected brand experience.
Sets store objectives and direction based on company and department strategies.
Develops detailed forecasts and operating budgets to meet sales and profit targets.
Leads store managers to deliver strong consumer experience, positive employee environment and consistent brand presence.
Collaborates with operational and technical teams for development of programs to support retail stores.
Supports operational execution of retail activations including Pop-up store experiences.
Identifies opportunities and leads execution of new initiatives and programs to build awareness and elevate the store experiences.
Forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.
Monitors and evaluates store leadership performance through feedback, guidance, and training. Ensures adherence with company standards, policies and procedures including PCI, JSOX and Privacy
Manages roadmap planning of store systems and experiences
Utilizes business analytics to prepare insight summaries and monitor business performance
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of retail management experience with at least 5 years as a regional/multi-store manager. Strong preference for high profile brand/flagship store leadership.
Strong leadership, judgement and problem solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative approach
Strong operational skill set with the ability to ensure effective inventory, cash and cost controls.
Ability to execute operational strategies to support marketing initiatives, customer experience, brand standards and sales targets
Strong project management experience in a complex environment with fluctuating priorities
Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional partners to develop appropriate plans to drive results
Experience with financial and inventory management including forecasting, budgets and performance metrics.
Familiarity with Nintendo franchises and IP. Video game industry a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and Point-of-sale systems; Oracle experience preferred.
Analytical experience with forecast, budgets and market analysis data
Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $137,000 - $246,500 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
