ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for a Full Stack Developer experienced with AWS Serverless & TypeScript to deliver various projects/environments in which the client’s business can set up the websites according to the determined guidelines. for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian health insurance domain.
Context
Within the HR domain, our client works with a variety of external and in-house developed applications, such as Arno, Primetime, HCM Fusion (HRIS - Oracle), Learn (LMS - Oracle), Recruit (Recruitment - Oracle).
Connecting those applications point-to-point, allows for a lot of integration work and maintenance. The integrations also come with limitations, requiring identical data input into different systems, which means extra work and a lack of data quality.
In 2025, the client will also replace various applications with new ones, aiming for a completely new HR application landscape.
To this end, the client is building an HR Connector, ensuring data integration between the various HR applications. The platform for the HR Connector is AWS and will work serverless.
