Job Summary

Job Description

As a Game Design Lead at Amanotes, you'll contribute to the entire lifecycle of new music game projects, aiming to create chart-topping hits. Responsibilities include actively researching the mobile game market, analyzing player behavior data, incorporating feedback to improve games, translating design concepts into high-quality game execution, brainstorming with the team, and leading a high-performing team to deliver engaging games. You'll play a key role in defining core gameplay loops and monetization strategies across various models (ads, in-app purchases, hybrid). Proven experience in music game design is highly valued.

Must have:

4+ years Senior Game Design experience
Core loop & monetization design expertise
Experience with multiple revenue models (ads, IAP, hybrid)
Lead and deliver engaging music games
Market research and player data analysis

Good to have:

Experience transitioning from Hyper to Hybrid monetization

Job Details

OBJECTIVES YOU NEED TO GET WITH THIS JOB

Contribute effectively in new projects throughout their life cycle, to create new hit music games

RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively explore the mobile game market as well as utilize player behavior data, feedback & suggest improvements to create new and unique music games.
Translate ideas, design concepts into high quality game execution.
Brainstorm & consolidate ideas from team members to propose design solutions.
Take a lead in high performance team to ensure you will deliver the game that make user love

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 4 years of experience as a game designer at Senior level
Proven experience in game design, core loop and monetization design for multiple revenue models (ads, in-app purchases and hybrid)
Working experience in music games is a strong plus.
Proven from transition one Hyper to Hybrid is a strong plus
