Game Research & Development Intern focusing on engine research. Responsibilities include collaborating with scientists to research and develop advanced techniques in 3D geometric learning, re-meshing and UV optimization, physically-based animation and simulation, machine learning for computer graphics, motion planning in virtual cities, character locomotion and control, and realistic image synthesis and real-time rendering techniques. The intern will also research and develop tools and pipelines to facilitate the use of these technologies in game development. The position requires strong coding skills in C++, Python, or TensorFlow/Torch, and a solid understanding of calculus, linear algebra, and basic numerical analysis.
