Plan, execute, and analyze gamification campaigns for players’ activation, retention, and reactivation;
Analyze and create segments for gamification campaigns;
Manage content inside the gamification back office;
Publish and update content;
Develop and maintain a gamification calendar aligned with main goals and ensure the deadlines are met;
Assist with identifying new gamification techniques that are available for set up in the gamification back office to maintain a high level of customer engagement;
Ensure published content follows the overall promo concept;
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and others as needed;
Test the set content to make sure everything is working correctly;
Participate in hypothesis testing connected with the retention- and activation-connected metrics.
Experience in content management and working with CMS (Strapi, etc.);
Experience with betting/gaming domains is a must;
Experience in gamification is a must;
Experience with LatAm region will be a plus;
Basic knowledge of Figma;
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
