Global UA Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves developing and executing global user acquisition (UA) strategies for Smilegate's game titles. Responsibilities include creating UA campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok, optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data for effective decision-making, and collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate possesses 3-8 years of performance marketing experience in the mobile gaming industry, with expertise in MMP tools (Singular, AppsFlyer) and self-serve ad platform operations. The position requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in global UA campaigns and a passion for mobile games are highly valued.
Must have:
- 3-8 years' experience in performance (UA) marketing
- Mobile game marketing experience
- Experience with Google, Meta, TikTok Ads
- MMP (Singular, Appsflyer) experience
- Data analysis and action planning skills
Good to have:
- Global UA campaign experience
- MMO/Collectible game experience
- Cross-departmental collaboration experience

- 마케팅 Creative 기획 및 광고 카피 작성
자격요건
- 퍼포먼스(UA) 마케팅 경력이 3년 이상 8년 이하 이신분
- 모바일 게임사, 게임 대행사, 렙사 등에서 해당 직무를 3년 이상 경험한 분
필요역량
- 주요 광고 채널의 self-serve 운영 경험
- MMP(Singular, Appsflyer 등) 사용 경험
우대사항
- 글로벌 UA 캠페인 기획 및 집행 경험
- MMO, 수집형 등 모바일 게임을 좋아하고 즐기시는 분
- 다양한 부서와 협업을 해보신 경험이 있는 분
