Our Marketing Operations team is focused on using data to power fact-based decision-making across the business. As a Specialist, you will be an integral part of the team, supporting data processes to analyze and optimize marketing spend. This person will partner closely with Analytics, Operations, and Channel Marketing teams to implement process improvement strategies.
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of marketing spend across multiple teams and vendors.
Own and enhance reporting processes for budget and performance data, supporting strategic planning and forecasting.
Improve and debug existing code in Python to ensure smooth delivery of spend tracking on a weekly basis.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across marketing operations workflows.
Serve as a subject matter expert on spend-related data systems and tooling, helping to onboard and train team members as needed.
Contribute to operational strategies that support scaling marketing efforts efficiently.
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, finance operations, or a related role.
High level of comfort working with data and ability to learn and apply technical skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in tools and coding languages like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, and Python.
Ability to independently manage projects, prioritize tasks, and influence stakeholders across departments.
Strong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English.
