Job Description
We are looking for an experienced hands-on team leader with high professional and personal skills and a drive for execution to lead the team. You will own the execution through the development and testing process to a successful release to our customers. You will also mentor the team members, help them grow and be successful in their roles. This role involves leading a team of around 5 people, hands-on code contribution, recruiting and training new team members, helping and mentoring team members with their professional growth, owning the team and leading it to success and growth, working in close collaboration with other R&D teams, product owners and managers, and maintaining CyberArk culture.

Job Details

Please notice this is a hybrid role based in our office in Sofía. We ask to come to the office twice per week.
