We want to hire a graduate to add to the Product Analytics team!
Your goal is to understand gamers’ needs and prioritise their critical issues. The Product Analytics team ensures gamers are engaged with and return to the products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to accelerate their career. This role allows you to develop quickly, as you’ll get full data ownership of all games developed by the studio. You’ll be part of an experienced studio without losing your autonomy, supported by a team of multitalented analysts. It’s a great way to take your analytics expertise to the next level.
How you'll be contributing?
You’ll derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions.
You’ll partner with Product Managers, Game Designers, Game Developers and other Analysts to set success metrics and monitor the impact of new product features.
You’ll contribute to the team environment where ideas are freely exchanged.
You’ll use data to logically design and conduct A/B tests that lead to a better understanding of gamer behaviour.
You’ll contribute to the broader Product Analytics goals.
Work across the entire data pipeline for existing and new games, from defining the data collection to presenting the findings to senior stakeholders.

What will set you up for success:
Ability to deliver actionable insights that lead to positive results.
Confidence in working autonomously.
Ability to clearly and concisely explain findings and give data-driven recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform queries in non-relational databases.
Familiar with domain-specific programming languages such as R or Python.
Robust knowledge in mathematical areas relevant to the position: statistics, hypothesis testing, etc.
Extra skills that are beneficial but not mandatory:
Knowledge of games and the gaming industry.
Experience in product optimisation.
Experience using Data Visualization Tools such as Looker
