Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer plays an important role in the Creative Services team at IGT Gaming – translating product launch strategy and requests into compelling, attractive, and brand enhancing assets and campaigns. The Graphic Designer is responsible for collaborating with internal clients and team members to develop creative materials across multiple forms of media, owning their projects from start to finish while delivering high-quality work. They will also lead independent design projects, any/all print production requests and support and engage with brand development and evolution initiatives. The ideal candidate will: showcase a strong portfolio of design, be comfortable explaining design strategy and presenting work to internal stakeholders and be able to work effectively with team members across the marketing and product organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create compelling graphic assets that enhance the IGT brand.
- Utilize design software, knowledge of color theory, typography, and imagery to develop concepts and manage design revisions, refining based on feedback.
- Participate in key stakeholder sessions including brief-ins, campaign presentations, review sessions, and brainstorms.
- Develop content as needed across multiple platforms including digital (web, social, etc.) and print.
- Manage external vendor relationships for print production requirements.
- Follow established processes for job tracking, communication, and close-out.
Qualifications
A Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
- Online or Digital Portfolio
- 2-3 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience
- Mac or PC comfort level
- Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Acrobat Pro)
- Motion Design skills a plus, with a desire to learn
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Adept at working across various formats – digital, print, etc.
Design Requirements:
- Understanding of design principals, color, composition, and typography principles
- Basic knowledge of print process and preparing files for print
- Basic knowledge of digital design, social media, and output specs for digital channels
- Ability to work on multiple projects from concept to completion, while adhering to project timelines
- Interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
