Job Summary
Job Description
This internship focuses on supporting HR operations at Smilegate Holdings. Responsibilities include assisting with employee transfers, onboarding new hires (OT support, system registration, document management), generating regular reports on attendance and HR data, and providing general support to the HR department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office, has strong communication skills, and a keen interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
Must have:
- Interest in HR operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail-oriented & accurate data entry
- Support for new hire onboarding
Good to have:
- 3-6 months commitment
Job Details
담당업무
1. 인사시스템 발령 지원
2. 신규 입사자 OT 지원
3. 신규입사자/재직자 인사정보 시스템 등록 및 서류 관리
4. 근태 및 인사 현황 관련 정기 리포팅
5. 기타 인사업무 지원
자격요건
- 인사운영 전반의 업무에 대해 관심을 가지고 있으며 추후 인사 분야로 커리어를 쌓고자 하시는 분
필요역량
1. 학습욕구가 높으며 대내외 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
2. MS-Office를 능숙하게 사용 가능하신 분
3. 대량의 정보를 입력/관리하는 영역에서 꼼꼼하고 정확한 업무 수행이 가능하신 분
우대사항
- 3개월~6개월 이상 업무 수행이 가능하신 분
