Job Description

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team immediately. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, contacting relevant candidates, assessing applicants' skills, arranging interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong learning aptitude. This position requires proficiency in computer skills and working on requirements. We have Immediate requirements for HR Recruiter

Experience: Fresher or 1 year

Designation: HR Executive

Location: Chennai (Nungambakkam & Velachery

Qualification : MBA

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.

● Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

● Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.

● Arranging interviews for selected candidates .

● End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills .

● working on requirements

Desired Skills:

● Excellent Communication Skills

● Ability to multitask.

● Excellent learning skills
