Your Impact

Develop and improve manufacturing processes by evaluating processes, equipment and materials. Identify opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiency in production. Create and maintain required manufacturing documentation including process flow charts, capacity & utilization studies, time & motion studies, cycle time analysis and line balancing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insight, drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite at our Phoenix, AZ office
Reports to: Director, Process Improvement
Direct Reports: N/A

• Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades within manufacturing
• Lead planning, design, set-up and optimization of manufacturing processes to achieve product quality, efficiency and process reliability
• Design facility layouts working with cross functional teams
• Determine production capacity and personnel requirements
• Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying tools and procedures to improve productivity
• Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing and trends and development in technology and equipment: applies this knowledge to improve the organization

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma
• Experience with AutoCad, SolidWorks and Visio
