Job Summary
Job Description
As an intern in Application Development at TransUnion, you will be involved in coding tasks and projects, participating in code reviews, and providing progress updates to the Lead Developer. You'll assist in designing and implementing new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. You will write, test, and debug clean, efficient code following industry standards. This role requires working on-site at a TransUnion office. The responsibilities include reporting to the Lead Developer and contributing to the overall development process.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Basic knowledge of coding (Java, Angular preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Good to have:
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Ansible.

- Assist in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Test and debug applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems and improve code quality.
