Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 4 years marketing experience, CRM/eDM specialization
  • Ability to translate customer needs into marketing messages
  • Experience in online promotion campaign management
  • Manage loyalty program and customer engagement activities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Good to have:
  • Experience in Financial Services or Fintech industry is a plus
  • Experience with CRM/e-blasting systems (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in content management and event management
  • Knowledge in HTML, web analytics, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics

In this role, you will support multi-channel customer retention, branding, and content management for TransUnion’s direct-to-consumer channel. You will be responsible for implementing customer retention strategies in a high-growth environment, utilizing email and mobile app channels. Your tasks will include developing programs and materials to retain customers and reduce churn through life-cycle marketing, loyalty programs, and other customer retention tools.

Additionally, you will assist in executing consumer marketing strategies, including acquisition, social, and branding programs. You will also support B2B event management to develop a comprehensive marketing portfolio at TransUnion.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, possesses a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and has an entrepreneurial spirit. As a member of a cross-functional marketing team, you must be comfortable working in a matrix organization and able to collaborate with both local and global teams to deliver performance and results.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, journalism, communications or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, with a specialization in CRM/eDM marketing. Experience in the Financial Services or Fintech industry is a plus. Candidates with a background in marketing agencies are welcome.
  • Ability to translate customer needs and business capabilities into marketing messages
  • Online promotion campaign management, from planning to execution
  • Loyalty program and customers engagement activities management
  • Hands-on experience in CRM/e-blasting system, e.g. Salesforce, Radica, Eloqua, Emarsys, etc., is a plus
  • Experience in content management system and event management is a plus.
  • Great team player, with a dynamic, creative and can-do mindset
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Impact You'll Make:

  • Participate in product go-to-market initiatives and execute deliverables to support product launches and retention programs
  • Project management on marketing programs from start to complete, including campaign objectives setup, creative development and execution, distribution plans recommendation, performance tracking and reporting.
  • Plan and work with agencies on content and creative development to support promotions and campaigns.
  • Closely work with product/project/IT/sales team to liaise and align with marketing campaigns’ objectives, execution plan and goals
  • Track and measure marketing program data (response, leads, conversion rates, ROI, etc.)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to plan and manage external and internal events such as tradeshow, flagship events, webinars and seminars.
  • Validate and seal advertising opportunities with external vendors to develop and optimize content for ad programs and event promotions.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign reports on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge in HTML, web analytics, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and other performance marketing measurement tools is an advantage
  • Have strong ownership and be able to work under high pressure
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and effective execution
