We're looking for a Project Manager to bring product strategy for a cutting-edge, skunkworks project, exploring new technologies to transform interactive entertainment. Reporting to the Project's GM, you will build platforms with the ambition to shape the future of interactive experiences for millions of players.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: You'll shape and explain our product vision. You'll use market research and user insights to identify opportunities and prioritize features.

  • Agile Development Leadership: You'll lead product development from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering and teams. You'll define clear requirements and manage the lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

  • User-Centric Design: You'll partner with the Product Lead and Designer to create intuitive, visually striking interfaces. You'll conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback to improve the experience.

  • Data-Driven Innovation: You'll harness user data to inform strategic decisions, measure performance and improve.

  • Inspirational Leadership: You'll motivate teams through example, encouraging a collaborative culture. You'll Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences product plans, progress, and outcomes to partners across all levels.

  • Product Excellence: You'll demonstrate product experience and discerning taste for exceptional social experiences. You'll ensure the product stands out in a competitive landscape through well-crafted features.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related role.

  • Experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.

  • Experience with social media, entertainment, generative AI, and other new technologies.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). HOURLY PAY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)

    • $48 - $70 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work 40 hours a week.
