As an AV Studio Clip & Toolkit Specialist at Netflix, you'll manage the clip pulling needs for our series, nonfiction, and film titles to support our publicity campaigns. You'll oversee clip requirements across select titles and partner closely with publicity to curate key moments of the title campaign. This role demands strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and strategic thinking, combined with a passion for the media landscape and engaging audiences. Responsibilities include asset planning, tracking, and final delivery, ensuring the smooth flow of clips for distribution and media operations. You'll manage and update the AV Studio slate tracker with new launch dates and delivery timelines, aligning clip strategies with publicity and key stakeholders. Additionally, you'll manage team documents and resources related to clip delivery and asset trafficking.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, UCAN AV Studio, this person will manage clip pulling needs tied to our series, nonfiction & film titles in support of our Publicity campaigns. This role will be responsible for overseeing clips needs across select titles, and will closely partner with publicity to curate key moments of the title campaign. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail oriented and strategic individual who has a passion for the media landscape and entertaining audiences.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Asset Planning, tracking and final delivery on titles the role is staffed against to support 

  • Distribution/Media Ops support across clips (i.e. YouTube copy, tags, asset metadata, schedule delivery, delivery of final assets in partnership with agencies, upload assets, debut timing etc)

  • Asset Management: responsible for kicking off clips brief and timeline across a large volume of titles. Organization is key, as is being able to manage the workflow across many different teams. 

  • Manage and update AV Studio slate tracker with new launch / key dates and deliverable timelines. 

  • Aligned on clip strategy with Publicity and key stakeholders

  • Manage team documents and resources as relates to clips delivery and assert trafficking 

Qualifications:    

  • 3- 5 years of AV operational and clip strategy at a studio or agency

  • Experience managing a high volume of projects, collaborating with high-performing teams to track, organize and deliver AV materials across various delivery timelines.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $234,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs.  Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
