The Lead, EA SPORTS FC Franchise Activation - LATAM will develop and deliver innovative integrated marketing campaigns and activations for EA SPORTS FC in Latin America, partnering with the biggest football leagues/clubs in the region to achieve our brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver innovative integrated marketing campaigns and activations in Latin America for the EA SPORTS FC portfolio of products (HD, Mobile, and more).
Activate contractual rights with local football partners to service our global campaign and local business needs.
Create award-winning marketing activations that connect with fans in LATAM and deliver against campaign and commercial objectives.
Through market research and analysis, uncover unique, cultural insights of the region and apply them to local go-to-market plans.
Manage and allocate the annual FC activation budget for Latin America.
Qualifications:
Deep knowledge and understanding of football culture in Latin American, specifically Mexico and South America.
Experience developing and executing integrated brand marketing campaigns and activations in Latin America, ideally for a leading sports brand or organization.
Experience partnering with football leagues and/or clubs to deliver marketing activations.
Knowledge of EA SPORTS FC’s brand and portfolio of products
Demonstrated experience in market and consumer analysis with a track record of leveraging insights to inform marketing plans.
Experience managing activations with athletes, influencers, clubs, and agencies.
Proven track record of effectively working both independently and cross-functionally within globally matrixed organizations, driving alignment and outcomes with internal business partners and teams.
