Responsibilities
• Oversee Identity and Access Management for HP’s partners/suppliers.
• Understand requirements and define policy to assist business unit personnel with onboarding partners/suppliers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for partners/suppliers onto the Supplier/Partner platform.
• Track and manage ongoing security and maintenance issues related to partners/suppliers.
• Collaborate directly with partners/suppliers to understand their needs and implement the appropriate level of security.
• Analyze security data and produce regular reports on system security status.
• Establish security best practices and upgrades, and ensure the overall health of internal infrastructure.
• Work with the infrastructure team to implement security policies for servers, desktops, storage appliances, virtualization platforms, and network devices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to guide direction and improve services.
Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Understanding of requirements and recommendations from Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Solid experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory.
• Proficiency or general knowledge of RDS (MariaDB), Joomla, and SAP.
• Experience with basic PHP, Java, SQL statements, and Power BI scripting for managing the Partner/Supplier platform.
• Proficiency with Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Joomla Seblob, SQL scripting, Microsoft Azure, GIT, and AD Power BI scripting.
• Policy experience in the IAM space.
• Strong scripting experience and ability to work with APIs is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and change request workflows.
